Seneca Animal Hospital continues to follow recommendations from the AVMA, CDC, and DHEC to help protect our clients and our staff from COVID-19.
While our lobby remains closed, we are now allowing clients & patients into our exam rooms for appointments.
When we are ready to see you, a staff member will come out to escort you directly to an exam room for the duration of the appointment.
We will continue to cease client contact in the form of physical interactions such as handshakes. Our staff will continue with our observance of providing best medicine by continuing to wash our hands after handling every patient, cleaning exam rooms after every appointment, and deep cleaning all hospital public surfaces multiple times daily.
We do ask that if you are planning on coming to the hospital for any reason and you or any of your family members are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness, or if you have traveled in the last 30 days, that you please stay in your vehicle, wear a mask, and call us when you arrive. We will send a staff member with appropriate personal protective gear out to help you, so we can limit the exposure to other clients and staff
We appreciate your understanding with any delays or difficulties these precautions may cause. We are doing everything possible to do our part in the prevention of the spread of this disease and more importantly ensure uninterrupted operations for your furbabies!
Please Be Advised: Further restrictions and adjustments to our daily operations may change without notice as more is revealed.
